These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyQuotely (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Where required by law, you may need to be older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.

Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing

• Some features may require a paid plan or in-app purchase (IAP).
• Prices, billing periods, and features are disclosed in-app prior to purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your platform account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies unless otherwise required by law.
• We may change pricing or features on renewal; we will honor your current term.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Services.
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or infringing material.
• Abusing quotas, rate limits, or attempting to bypass security.
• Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to EasyQuotely and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EASYQUOTELY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if appropriate, provide additional notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or, if you are a business, the jurisdiction where EasyQuotely is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
